Though this set was released on Jan 2nd 2008, I actually recorded it on New Years Eve 2007.  I wanted to do something special, but yet a little different to my standard style for the first set of 2008.  And here it is.  This chilled out, down temp mix, brings you a smooth flow of female vocals & ballads. This is really easy on the ears, and fits in perfectly with a hot January/February day here in Australia.  This would be the perfect chillout CD, to a hot Aussie afternoon.  Enjoy with a cold beer or glass of wine.  Let the crisp synths, fluid vocals, guitar strings and piano notes of this mix take you on a journey.  I think this will stand as one of my more personal favourites.

For the last week of December 2007, Afterhours.FM held the biggest online dance music event the internet had ever seen.  The "End of Year Countdown" event was marked by 174 DJ's, playing for 174hrs.  I was lucky enough to have a spot in this event, with my set going to air on New Years Eve.  Full details about the AH.FM event, including DJ line up, tracklists and promo video can be found at this link: http://forum.ah.fm/livesets-ah-fm/8225-24-12-2007-ah-fm-end-year-countdown.html
